2. Description of Service

BeNoticed.AI is a SaaS platform that helps businesses track and improve their brand visibility across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. The Service provides analytics, recommendations, and insights to optimize AI-driven discovery.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Key billing terms include:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
New accounts receive one free AI Visibility Audit; paid plans are billed immediately upon subscription (no trial)
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. For detailed refund terms, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of BeNoticed.AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Share your account credentials with third parties
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Visibility Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
