Cancellation Policy

1. Who Can Cancel

Only the account owner (the user who created the BeNoticed.AI organisation) may request cancellation. Team members invited to the account cannot initiate cancellation on behalf of the organisation.

2. How to Cancel

Cancellation must be requested by sending an email to hello@benoticed.ai from the email address registered to your BeNoticed.AI account. Your email must include:

• Registered email address
• Organisation name
• Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

We do not accept cancellation requests made via phone, chat, or third-party messaging platforms.

3. Cancellation Timing & Billing Impact

Cancellation requests are processed as follows:

• Before next billing date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain full access until then.
• On or after next billing date: If the request is received on or after the billing date, the current period is charged in full and cancellation takes effect at the end of that period.
• Mid-cycle cancellation: We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

Once your subscription ends:

• All paid features are immediately disabled
• Active AI visibility tracking and scans stop
• Your dashboard becomes read-only for 30 days
• After 30 days, your data is queued for permanent deletion
• After 90 days, all organisation data is permanently deleted from our systems

You may export your data at any time during the 30-day read-only window by contacting support.

5. Reactivation

You may reactivate your account within 90 days of cancellation by subscribing to a paid plan again. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Reactivation requires setting up your brand profile and queries from scratch.

6. Exceptions & Force Majeure

In the event of platform discontinuation, acquisition, or force majeure, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice and a data-export window of 60 days.
